Monday will be all about motivation and inspiration. A weekly quote to get you started on the theme and topic for the following week.

Each Tuesday I will be sharing something that I have learnt from my travels. It may be a travel tip, a travel story or something inspired by the current city I am living in.

Wednesdays will be about wellness. Anything from our physical health to our mental health. One simple tip, exercise or thought to help you take care of this amazing vehicle for our dreams called our body.

Thursday will be about our thoughts and our mindset.  Which thoughts will help you look through the lens of possibility and create your best possible future. And which thoughts no longer serve us and how to let them go.

On this day I will be sharing with you the latest items from the apparel company that I have partnered with, as how they are building the brand is based on my core values. 

There is never a need to purchase, but if you decide to treat yourself every so often,  every sale will help me fund my "Woman of a Certain Age" project and allow me to bring you more content here as I stay on the road a little longer.
